Do you exchange products? I think I might want the open-toe and will return the unopened "closed toe" product I ordered. Is there a charge for shipping for an exchange? Asked by Veronica
At the moment we find that the easiest way to "exchange" is returning for Refund and a new order can be placed by you. Customers are responsible to shipping the items back.
How long does the return process usually take?
Generally, there is about a 2 week turn-around time.
Time may vary due to distance & shipping option customer decides to return with.
All returns are processed in the order they are received.
