I have Chronic Venous Insufficiency, and must wear a 20/30mmHg compression. I normally wear the knee high version. However, lately I have been dealing with painful knees and thighs. Yes they do help with the leg pain However if you have swelling at the feet we do nor recommend to order these. We recommend either a full foot or open toe garment.

Measurement-wise I need a small, since I'm at the lower end of every measurement, BUT when I ordered the open-toe knee-high socks they ended up scooting down my calf because they were simply too short I'm 5'8". Due to your height the small would fit as Capri. In order for these to be long enough for you, yoou might need a size large for them to be exactly on your ankle bone.
I am scheduled to start a series of vein surgeries in a little over a month, and I will need to wear compression stockings for a good while. Is the Length specified in the size chart for the Compression Leggings the inseam length or is it the length from the top of the leggings (at the waist) to the bottom? Asked by Kari
The length indicated in the size chart is the length of your inseam. This is the measurement from the ankle all the way up to the uppermost part of the thigh.

I like to keep my feet free whenever I can so this is nearly ideal. I wear it with a skort for now and planning to wear as a base layer for colder months as well as when I snowboard. 10/100

Very comfy 9 people found this helpfulI always thought compression stockings/leggings would be uncomfortable and binding. I recently had a lot of leg swelling due to edema, and my massage therapist suggested support stockings/ leggings. I feel great in these and am going to order a pair in beige. You have to have the right donning gloves or rubber gloves to get them on and off correctly.

These leggings reduce pain and tired heavy feelings in my legs. I am 64 years old and proud that I do not have one varicose vein. I recommend these leggings for anyone to reduce that heavy tired feeling. I also love the fact that they have no feet. Pantyhose with feet are so uncomfortable.
