The Jobst Relief is an opaque material and is a thicker material then the A232. Also the A232 is a microfiber which is a softer material.

Love them!!! 2 people found this helpfulI needed to buy 20 to 30 mm compression thigh highs for a recent surgery which I was not looking forward to. I haven’t worn stockings in 30 years. I have to say they are so comfortable, don’t bother me at all, don’t roll down, etc. I have told several of my friends about them already. The prices are great and I may just start wearing them going forward with dresses. I’m very happy and highly recommend them!

I've used a number of other thigh highs by this brand and I have found them all good. The price is very reasonable in comparison with the other brands. Because these are opaque, I can wear them in place of plain socks. I liked them so much I ordered some more.
They help with my swelling ankle. They stay up without skin glue. They provide warmth. They are nicely priced.
